Savory: 'It Was Great'

The Avenue fans saw the return of striker Aiden Savory, and he spoke to Press Officer Lewis Sale after the win against Vauxhall Motors.

The recent arrival admitted it was good to put the Bradford shirt back on:

‘It’s good to be back and playing again. I went to Goole AFC and played a few games, scoring some goals, which has helped me build up my match fitness.’

Having played at this level of football before, Savory was pleased for his side to pick up the victory, and appearing as a substitute:

‘It was great to get three points and get a look in! I have to train hard and prove myself to the management, we will see how it goes.’
