The popular Bradford goalkeeper John Lamb spoke to Press Officer Lewis Sale, following the 2-0 defeat to Stalybridge Celtic.
The 30 year old continues to put a smile in his face:
‘It’s good to be back, even though I’ve been picking the ball out of the net! I have missed the banter at the club.’
The goalkeeper has returned to help solve the cross between the sticks, but, is hoping for an improvement in results:
‘We have been playing well, but, somehow the ball has not hit the back of the net. I don’t believe I could’ve stopped those goals today. The first has cannoned off the bar into the feet of their striker, and the second goal, it was a quality finish, I was never getting to that!
