Jamie Jackson: 'I'm Feeling More Confident'

The Avenue’s fifth goal against Droylsden was celebrated by the Bradford supporters, as Jamie Jackson scored his first goal for the club, and he spoke to the official website:

The lively substitute was delighted to finally score a goal for Bradford:

‘I’m happy with playing, but very happy with the goal. I forgot what it was like! I will take any kind of goal.’

Meanwhile, the winger admits he is nearing his fitness that saw him move to the West Yorkshire side:

‘I’m feeling more confident. I’m feeling pretty sharp and I try my best when I get on.’

With a crucial game on Wednesday against Altrincham, Jackson is hoping his side could still be involved in the playoffs:

‘It’s not over, we are still chasing and do what we can with the remaining games. The game on Wednesday will be big. Our last ten games have been important, and before each game the manager has said it is the biggest game of the season.’
