Deacey: 'Very Professional Job Done'

Following the victory at Carlton Town, Bradford (Park Avenue) manager John Deacey spoke to the official website.

After the 3-1 win, Deacey was pleased to see his side progress into the next round:

‘I thought we played well from the first to last minute. In the first half, we were superb, but, in the second half we were a bit slack. However, it was a very professional job done.’

The only blow for the Avenue manager was losing Jordan Deacey to injury during the second half:

‘It was a little strain, we are not taking any chances with important games up. But, we had Robbie O’Brien on the bench, who was a ready made replacement and he did well, so it worked out nicely for us.’

After the victory, Deacey was looking forward to the draw:

‘I can’t wait!’
