Following the signing of Ryan Qualter from Ossett Town, Bradford (Park Avenue) manager John Deacey spoke to the official website.
The Avenue boss is pleased to bolster his defence with the former Town captain:
“He’s only 22 but Ryan is good in the air, he can put in a solid tackle and he can also play a bit. Ryan is up for the challenge and I’m looking forward to working with him.”
On his move to the Horsfall Stadium, Qualter is excited to play in The Skrill North:
“It’s a good opportunity for me to step up two levels. It was a difficult decision to leave Ossett Town, they are a great club but this was a chance to develop further and I’m really looking forward to my time at Bradford (Park Avenue), I’ve heard this is a good club to be at.”
Qualter is hoping to add something extra to the Avenue squad:
“Firstly I’m a defender but I do like to try play a bit!”
Welcome to the Avenue Ryan!
